Companies provide in-depth JAFs (Job Announcement Form) and JDs (Job Description). TPC reviews slots, finalizes logistics, and shares the JD to the students. Interested students then register.
Companies may decide to shortlist the registered students for the online assessments based on certain criteria such as CGPA, skills or resume.
Assessments are online tests meticulously prepared by the recruiting companies, designed to measure the specific competencies required for the role. Performance in these online tests determines the advancement of students to the interview stage.
After the Online assessments, group discussion sessions are moderated by companies’ experts, allowing them to assess the qualified students’ communication and teamwork skills.
Post online assessments and group discussions, selected students appear for interviews with the company panels. The company assesses the students’ technical skills and the overall job suitability.
High-achieving candidates from the interview round receive the final offer letter from the recruiting companies.
